I have the same problems with no bell light and rotary dial does not produce numbers on the display. Can a solution be posted here or we each need contact support?

I ran into the same issue, no numbers showing but I did have my magnet in.

Maybe I'll try bending the switch arm on the cam.

You've been waiting longer than me (2023)! I have noticed the website changed so there is some activity over there, but Justine lost her husband recently. My heart goes out to her, and I hope she has lots of support in her life. Not sure what the future of the RUSP will be.
