Okay, so the journey so far.
Ran into the problem and posted the first message to this forum because the sheet in the kit said this was a good place for Qs.
Got a response here saying "Hey, email us instead".
Emailed.
Got an acknowledgement autoresponse, followed by an email from a human saying ...
