where is my phone?
Hallo everybody,
Three years ago (!), I ordered and paid for an unsmartphone. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive the device.
What would you suggest me to do?
Another three years?

3 years for me too. sent 2 emails to support. no response. I opted for the full build and tested, not kit.... just getting sad

I agree with your experiences. Some kind of update would be nice, even if it just said the project is over.

Please email info@skysedge.com and we'll refund every request that comes in. We have a batch of 300 motherboards we're waiting on from China (pcbway.com) right now, and we've pre-assembled subassemblies of the rotary mechanism to send out as well. We're sending out every order that was placed, but please please please ask for a refund at info@skysedge.com if you're not happy. I know, I wouldn't be happy either.
We did have a few issues with bounces at that address. If that's happened please say so here and we'll provide a gmail email to take care of it.

That was posted in the last Blog entry on Aug 19 2025 ... today is Nov 11 2025 .... no updates or phones in my post box!!!!!
Everyone is posting ... "great, thanks, well done" ... hoping a phone would arrive in the mail.
Do we have an update?

Will I be notified when mine is sent?

I'm seeing this issue has come up a few times, not just me. Did you get my emails? I sent one most recently in Dec-10-2025, but also a couple of times earlier in 2025 and also in 2024 and 2023, but haven't gotten any replies to those.
