I'm missing the reduction gear for the rotary mechanism; i got 2 of the cam gears instead (honest mistake, could happen to anyone). How do I get the right part?

EDIT: email support@skysedge.com is the correct answer! They got back to me right after the holiday.

I don't even know how to do an inventory to figure out what all is missing. I don't see any springs at all and I don't see any ptfe filament, but the worst part is that the bags are either not labeled or mislabeled, they don't appear to have any correlation with the documentation. Well, some, but not much.

So this one I kind of figured out: they built some of this stuff for you before shipping. The clock spring was already inside the dial assembly before I got my kit (I had to re-wind it twice because I screwed up, but you shouldn't have to); the PTFE filament has already been cut and installed in the governor weights, and installed on the governor. Just start building, and skip ahead wherever you think you're missing something until it starts looking familiar to what you actually have, and you'll find the bits you were looking for are already built, hopefully.

Of course, take this with a grain of salt from the guy who just posted about a missing reduction gear. They emailed me today saying they're sending it out, I should be back on track soon!

The same problem like Terry! There is no long spacer, instead there are two short spacers in my kit. Together they are to long!
I looked through the mass of dokumentation and posts, but can`t find how long it should be, if i trim one of the short one… Please help me and give me a measurement!

Hello Everyone,

If anyone is missing any parts to their rotary phone, I apologize. We are working on sending everyone their phones in the best way we can. If anyone is missing a part, please email us at info@skysegde.com, and we will send you any piece missing. We understand you have waited for this phone for a long time, and we don't take that kindness for granted.
