About an hour ago I received am e-mail claiming to be a support ticket for Sky's Edge through something called "Zammad" with a completely bogus URL as a link to login with (the URL had a 192.168.1.3 address which is a non-internet addressable IP). Is this a phishing attempt where information has been harvested from this forum? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Not phishing. Ignore. I think the team is trying to use zammad to improve the ergonomics of replying to so many emails, but it got misconfigured.
