Same here. I also had ordered an Option B phone; the last communication I had with Skysedge was an email from Ivy, dated 6 Sep 2025. I replied the next day, 7 Sep, and that's the last I've heard.

I'm further bumping this. My last contact was an email to ivy@skysedge.com, date 7 Sep 2025. If she or another of the Skysedge team could look into this? It's possible my email address got filtered into spam; some ISPs do that with gmail addresses, it seems.

Just posting briefly to say hello, as I'm one who ordered a global kit, which I understand will take a bit longer. Trying to remember which option group I'm in, but I wasn't in a hurry, so whichever one was the "I'm happy to wait until the initial teething troubles are over" group.
