Hello Skysedge team,
I have sent multiple emails over the years and have had no replies to any of them. I pre-ordered the phone back in apr 2022. I am not even sure any of my emails to info@skysedge.com are making it to the inbox.
Would someone from the Skysedge team please reply (or if possible, private message me through this forum) so I can get an update and a few questions answered? I have since moved from my previous shipping address a few years ago and I need to update my shipping address to where the phone can be sent to. Please can I get a response?

Just bumping this thread as I'm also getting no response. Haven't received my kit. Wondering whether I should wait longer or initiate a refund...

I'm further bumping this. My last contact was an email to ivy@skysedge.com, date 7 Sep 2025. If she or another of the Skysedge team could look into this? It's possible my email address got filtered into spam; some ISPs do that with gmail addresses, it seems.
