Are my emails being spam blocked?

The site admin has reported that some providers bounce their emails because they get caught in an IP range block, which means they are unable to reply to you, so your emails get to them but they can't reply to you. Please send the site admin imyxh a DM with your email address and they will respond to you here.

Same problem at my side: All attempts to get in touch with the RUSP team during the last months were unsuccessful. My emails come from the netscape.net domain. Is this domain blocked, or is there a reason I've overlooked?

Sorry to add to the forum for this purpose, but I too am wondering about the status of my email to info and my order. I ordered *pretty* early on (18 Jan 2021), and was a semi-regular correspondent with J (starting in June 2020), but have heard from her or the team in quite some time (but yes, I do check the blog, and the forum). I wrote to info at the beginning of December 2025 but haven't heard back. So... is my email in the queue? What's the status of my order? Thanks!

I had ordered back in July of 2021. I use to get regular update emails that I would read but I think the last one I got was back in 2024 with no new updates since then. Only recently learned there was a forum. Was hoping to get an update on what is going on and I also need to update my shipping address.
