Dial Problems

I got my phone a few weeks ago and everything was going well as far as assembly but I hit a road block. My dial mechanism isn't returning on its own. Did I mess up my governor? It doesn't seem strong enough to bring the gear back.

Hi,

I do not think the governor is the issue..
The dail doesn’t return,because of the spring inside the dail..
You probably got this preassembled , Check if the spring inside is still completely rolled up…

See manual to reinstall this spring.
