Not getting any reply about where my order is in the queue

Hi Justine or anyone who can help,

I've written a few emails over the last couple of years but haven't heard back -- any way of finding out if my order for Option B is still in the queue to be delivered? (Not that it necessarily matters, but I think I was one of the earliest folks to order.)

I'm very sorry you haven't been receiving any reply! At the moment, we are trying to organize our emails (and there are many) with a new ticketing system. Can you please email us again at info@skysedge.com with the title From the Forum? I can check your status and give you an update about your order

Same here. I also had ordered an Option B phone; the last communication I had with Skysedge was an email from Ivy, dated 6 Sep 2025. I replied the next day, 7 Sep, and that's the last I've heard.
