Three years ago (!), I ordered and paid for an unsmartphone. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive the device.
What would you suggest me to do?

3 years for me too. sent 2 emails to support. no response. I opted for the full build and tested, not kit.... just getting sad

I agree with your experiences. Some kind of update would be nice, even if it just said the project is over.

Please email info@skysedge.com and we'll refund every request that comes in. We have a batch of 300 motherboards we're waiting on from China (pcbway.com) right now, and we've pre-assembled subassemblies of the rotary mechanism to send out as well. We're sending out every order that was placed, but please please please ask for a refund at info@skysedge.com if you're not happy. I know, I wouldn't be happy either.
We did have a few issues with bounces at that address. If that's happened please say so here and we'll provide a gmail email to take care of it.
